What happens next?

Construction should start in the first half of 2012. Shirley Advance has appointed BAM Construction to deliver the scheme which, once started, will take about 21 months to complete; so we are currently hoping to open in time for Christmas 2013.

Some of the residential accommodation could be ready for occupation towards the end of 2012.
